IMMIGRATION

Know Your Rights

If You Encounter ICE

1. Private Spaces

ICE cannot enter private spaces like your home, school, or private workplace areas without a valid warrant.

CRITICAL

The Judicial Warrant

They must have a Judicial Warrant signed by a Judge.

VALID WARRANT:Signed by a Judge.
Specific address & name.
INVALID FOR ENTRY:Administrative Warrants (signed by ICE).

2. What to Say

If they are at your door:

"I do not consent to enter."

Keep your door closed.

If you are detained:

"Am I free to go?"

Ask repeatedly until they answer.

3. Vital Facts

Remain Silent

You always have the right to remain silent.

Record It

You can legally film ICE if you don't interfere.

They Can Lie

ICE is legally allowed to lie to you.

Don't trust verbal claims of "we have a warrant" without seeing the judicial signature.

Remember

Remain Calm Do Not Run Do Not Resist Do Not Impede
